Its very simple!

Screenshot is a great feature on Mobile devices these days and which have become imperative feature for atleast any developers who work on mobile platform. This is the latest feature on smart phones which allows us to capture desired screen at any desired time that you might want. This will help us  particularly when we might want to show proof to anybody at any time.

Most of the time – Its the developers who will be helped a lot with this feature. A lot of times while developing of responsive websites or any other mobile applications, it comes handy for web developers to capture a screenshot of any bugs or improvements and present it to anybody who is concerned of.

How to take a screenshot?

Windows 8.0 or older

Step1: Hold the lock button on the right side of your mobile phone.

Step2: Press the windows logo at the very bottom of your mobile phone.

Both the operations should be simultaneously done – that means at the same time. If either of the buttons are pressed late by a second – your screen will be locked.

Windows 8.1

Step1: Hold the lock button on the right side of your mobile phone.

Step2: Press the volume up button of your mobile phone.

Where can you find the screenshots saved on your windows phone?

You can find the screenshots saved on one of your Albums called Screenshots. It is the same place where you see your camera roll folder.

Below is a screenshot taken on my windows phone. It  shows you where your phone stores your screenshots as well while highlighting the album name in green rectangle!
